After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
The order processing time might take 24-48 hours. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.*If you place your order after 1PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following business day.

To ensure timely delivery, we process your orders within 12 hours and changes to orders cannot be made once they are sent to our shipping affiliates.

Orders placed directly through our company ship UPS or USPS Priority. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments, if you do not request insurance.

How to ensure a proper fit and avoid returns.
1. Measure your dog around the chest.
2. Match the measurement on the size chart for the item you want.
3. Go up one size if your dog is at the top of the size range.

While most orders are eligible for return, the following items are NOT returnable:
- Shipping Fees
- Car Seats
- Carry Purses
- Custom-Made items
- Holiday Costumes returned after the holiday has passed*
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we provide an exchange or refund if we determine that the item:
- Is unused, clean, and without dog hair
- Was defective or damaged before arrival and not in shipping (contact your carrier for items damaged in shipping)
- Has the original tags and packaging
- Is returned with all the items that came with it.
